Barrell 12 Year Old Finished in Toasted American Oak is a limited edition, cask strength blended bourbon, bottled at 56.7% in a 75cl bottle. It is part of the Red Label Series from Barrell Craft Spirits.
It is blended from barrels of 12 to 15 years old sourced across Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee, then finished in slow-toasted American oak casks.
The nose offers warm vanilla, toasted coconut, caramel and baking spice. The palate is full-bodied, with toffee, brown sugar, roasted nuts and creamy vanilla. The finish is long and warming, with caramelised sugar, oak and soft spice.
