Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey is a flavoured American whiskey blended with natural peanut butter flavour, bottled at 35% ABV. It comes from Ocean Beach, San Diego, where founders Steven and Brittany Yeng first served it as a bar shot before turning it into a bottled spirit. It also contains sweeteners and caramel colour.
Roasted peanuts lead on the nose, with caramel and gentle vanilla. The palate is creamy and peanut-forward, with butterscotch, honey and subtle oak, and the finish is sweet and lingering with warm nuttiness.
