A limited release from Barrell Craft, blending Kentucky whiskey aged 18 years with Canadian whiskies aged up to 25 years.
The blend was finished in two contrasting French wine casks, Cabernet and Sauternes, and is bottled at 125.24 proof in a 75cl bottle.
The notes describe golden honey, apricot jam and ripe cherries, with roasted chestnuts, creamy coconut and delicate oak. The finish is long.
