Barrell Craft Spirits Bourbon Aged 16 Years (75cl, 56.8%)

This is a sixteen-year-old bourbon from Barrell Craft Spirits, in a 750ml bottle at 56.8% ABV. Sixteen years of maturation have produced a wide range of stewed and dried fruit flavours of considerable complexity, which gives this bourbon a classically fruity character. A toasted oak overlay has rounded off the sharp edges, leaving a soft, gentle profile that belies the high proof.
