Barrell Dovetail Gray Label is a cask strength American whiskey bottled at 131.54 proof in a 75cl bottle. It follows the Dovetail method of finishing whiskey in rum, port and Dunn Vineyards cabernet barrels.
The Gray Label version draws on older barrels, with component whiskeys aged up to 20 years. They were distilled in Indiana, Tennessee and Canada, aged in the US and Canada, and crafted and bottled in Kentucky.
The palate is complex, showing the cola notes of whiskey that has spent many years in oak.
