Dovetail is a blended bourbon from Barrell Craft Spirits. It brings together bourbon with a terroir-driven Dunn Cabernet, toasted French oak, Late Bottled Vintage Port pipes and black strap molasses casks.
The blend took almost a year to settle, from first blending through to labelling. Strength varies from one bottling to the next, so the proof can differ between releases.
It is described as buttery and deep.
