Barrell Seagrass Rye Whiskey (75cl)

Barrell Seagrass is a blend of American and Canadian rye whiskeys, with each component sourced and finished separately in Martinique rhum agricole casks, apricot brandy casks and Madeira barrels. It was blended to recall a day at the coast, with the grassy, oceanside character of rye set beside the spice of the finishing casks. The nose is fruity and perfumed, with honeydew melon, plum, apricot and a salty rye note. The palate is sweet and juicy, with pear, lychee, white grapefruit, cinnamon and fennel seed. The finish is fresh and clean, with camphor, chalk dust and scorched earth.
