Barsol Italia Pisco (75cl)

Barsol Italia Pisco is a single-varietal Peruvian pisco made from 100% Italia grapes, a variety related to the Muscat family. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The grapes all come from the Ica Valley. They are fully fermented, then distilled in small batches on a copper pot still, with no water or additives added. It is bottled at distillation proof. Italia is one of the more aromatic of the eight permitted pisco grape varieties, associated with jasmine, floral notes and sweet citrus.
