Barsol Selecto Acholado Pisco (41.3%)

Barsol Selecto Acholado is a pisco from the Ica region, made by blending piscos distilled from three grape varieties: quebranta, italia and torontel. Quebranta makes up the largest share, at roughly 65 to 70%, with about 20% italia and 10% torontel, though the master blender keeps the exact proportions private. On the nose there is ripe fruit with light floral notes. The palate gains intensity, with hints of spice and pecans, and the finish is soft and delicate.
