Barsol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco (75cl, 5%)

Barsol Mosto Verde Italia is a Peruvian pisco made from 100% Italia grapes. Rather than a fully fermented wine, it is distilled from a partially fermented 'green must', which leaves higher residual sugars and gives more intense fresh-grape aromas and a richer, fuller body. It is distilled in small batches in a copper pot still in the Ica Valley. Mosto Verde is a style in its own right, valued for its aromatic intensity and smooth, concentrated character, and this bottling comes in a 75cl size.
