Barsol Pisco Selecto Acholado (75cl)

Barsol Selecto Acholado is a Peruvian pisco from the Ica Valley, made in the Acholado style, which blends several grape varieties rather than using a single one. The blend is distilled from three varieties: roughly 65 to 70% Quebranta, 20% Italia and 10% Torontel, with the exact proportions kept confidential by the master blender. Quebranta provides body and structure, while the aromatic Italia and Torontel add floral character and complexity. It is suited to the Pisco Sour and to other cocktails that call for pisco. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
