Barsol Quebranta Pisco (75cl)

Barsol Quebranta is a single-varietal Peruvian pisco from the Ica Valley, made entirely from Quebranta grapes. It is sold in a 75cl bottle. It is fully fermented and distilled in small batches in a copper pot still, then bottled at distillation strength with no water or additives. Quebranta is the most widely planted pisco grape in Peru, and it gives a heavier-bodied, more spirit-forward and savoury style with a drier profile and firm structure, which suits a classic Pisco Sour.
