A Bas Armagnac from Castarède, made with grapes typical of the area, often ugni blanc, folle blanche and colombard. It is aged for at least twenty years in oak casks and develops mature notes of dried fruit, vanilla, sweet spices, tobacco and cocoa. The palate is soft yet warm and persistent. Enjoy neat after a meal, or with dark chocolate desserts and aged cheeses.
