Basil Hayden's Kentucky Straight Bourbon 8 Year Old (70cl)

Basil Hayden's is an 8 year old Kentucky bourbon, sold in a 70cl bottle. It first appeared in 1992 and takes its name from Basil Hayden. Hayden was a distiller who, in 1792, became the first to use a higher proportion of rye in his mash than was usual at the time. This bourbon is made to that old recipe. Its light, sweet character is often welcomed by people who are new to bourbon.
