Beach Whiskey Bonfire Cinnamon is a cinnamon-flavoured whiskey bottled at 35% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is made by Beach Whiskey Co. of Houston, Texas.
The base is a clear, unaged corn whiskey, so it never sees a barrel. It is filtered for a smooth, round mouthfeel and flavoured naturally with cinnamon bark and a hint of capsicum pepper heat.
The nose is mildly spicy, with cinnamon and fruity notes. The palate is clean and straightforward, led by cinnamon bark with cinnamon-apple hints, and a subtle heat builds on the finish.
