Bear Fight is an American single malt whiskey, made with Scotch whisky makers in mind and their care over maturation and finishing.
It is distilled in a copper pot still and matured in first-fill sherry casks, then finished with peat-smoked American oak.
The nose brings pecan, red apple and honeysuckle. Dried fig, black currant and candied date lead the palate, and the finish is sweet sherry with a hint of Islay-style peat smoke.
