Bear Fight Kentucky Reserve is a Kentucky straight bourbon finished in reposado tequila casks. It is 45% ABV and comes in a 75cl bottle.
The base is a high rye bourbon. The finishing uses a modern approach to cask finishing and filtration, aiming to control the conditions inside the barrel and keep the flavour consistent from batch to batch.
Bold, spicy notes from the rye sit alongside vanilla, caramel, and subtle tequila and smoky character from the second cask.
