Bearface BEAR-BON Charred Barrel Whisky

Bearface BEAR-BON Charred Barrel is a Canadian whisky made from corn, malted barley and rye. Each grain is distilled separately and aged on its own before the three are blended. The barrels are French oak that previously held wine in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. They are seasoned for two years, toasted, seasoned again with Elementally Aged whisky and charred by hand in Quebec. The nose offers caramel and vanilla with orchard fruit, honey and warm spice. On the palate, sweet corn and vanilla-oak lead into caramel and toasted malt, with rye adding spice. The finish is long, warming and dry.
