Beaver's Dram Sherry Wood is a Canadian whisky made in Ontario and finished in sherry wood casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle and was developed in partnership with Seven Seals Innovation.
The sherry finish adds a subtle sweetness. The texture is soft and smooth, with citrus, caramel, nuts, dark chocolate and roasted coffee.
The nose shows mild apricot and orange with lemon, almonds and caramel. The palate is velvety, with orange, lemon cream, dark chocolate and gentle sweetness. The finish is soft and warming, with roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate and a lingering hint of sherry.
