Belgian Owl – 20th Anniversary Edition (50cl, 46%)

A Belgian whisky made to mark twenty years of Belgian Owl, whose first cask was filled in 2004. It is a blend of the favourite casks of distillery manager Julien Pirotte: whisky aged 5 years and 10 years, together with Pedro Ximenez casks. It is bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle. The nose is intense, with hazelnut, almond and the distillery's typical caramel. On the palate come honey, almond, hazelnut, caramel and crème brûlée. The finish is of medium length, with red fruit and spice.
