Belgian Owl 5 Years is a Belgian single malt whisky, bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle.
It matured for five years in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. It was distilled in stills that previously belonged to Caperdonich.
The nose is fresh and soft, with yellow fruit and vanilla. The palate is smooth, with malt, peach, apricot, vanilla and caramel. The finish adds green apple and mineral notes.
