Belgian Owl Single Malt 5 Years is a Belgian single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Belgian Owl Distillery was founded by Etienne Bouillon and is credited with reviving whisky production in Belgium. It uses locally grown barley and Scottish-style copper stills.
The nose offers fresh grain, honey, pear, vanilla and floral notes. The palate is smooth, with orchard fruit, malt sweetness, citrus and light spice. The finish is fresh and elegant.
