Belgian Owl Unaged Single Malt Spirit Drink (50cl, 46%)

Belgian Owl Spirit Drink is the unaged form of Belgian Owl's single malt: new make straight from the double pot still, with no time in wood. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and colourless, and made from Haspengouw barley at The Owl Distillery in Grace-Hollogne, Belgium. On the nose are soft barley, white pear, a hint of citrus and light floral notes. The palate is creamy, malty and fresh, with unsweetened grains, warm bread dough and subtle fruit, and the finish is light, clean and warming.
