Bellissima Prosecco DOC Organic (75cl, 11.5%)

Bellissima is an organic Prosecco DOC from Veneto, Italy, made from 100% certified organic Glera and bottled at 11.5% in a 75cl bottle. It is made by the Long Charmat Method. Secondary fermentation in tank lasts about six months rather than the 30-day minimum, and the longer contact with the lees gives a creamier texture and a broader aroma. The nose shows green apple, fresh bread, honeysuckle, rose petal and citrus. The palate is lively, with peach, apricot and nectarine, balanced acidity and a creamy texture. The finish is long, with pineapple, white peach and faint florals.
