Bellissima Zero Sugar Sparkling Wine (75cl, 11.5%)

Bellissima Zero Sugar is an Italian sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grown in the Treviso province of Veneto. It is bottled at 11.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle and contains no residual sugar. The second fermentation lasts about six months in stainless steel autoclaves under the Long Charmat Method, which lets the yeast consume all the natural grape sugar. No artificial sweeteners or additives are used, and the steel keeps the fruit character of the Glera bright. White flowers, grapefruit and green apple show on the nose. The palate is crisp apple and citrus, with a creamy mid-palate, pear and lemon zest. The finish is fresh and dry, with citrus pith and white blossom.
