A ten-year-old Highland single malt from Ben Nevis, distilled in 2015 and matured in Oloroso sherry butts. Signatory Vintage bottled it in 2026 as edition 80 of its 100 Proof series, at 57.1% ABV.
The nose is deeply sherried, with sultanas and dark raisins. Rich fruit and dark chocolate come together on the palate with a roasted espresso note. The finish is long, with bittersweet cocoa and the spice of oak.
