A 10 year old Highland single malt from Ben Nevis in Fort William, released as Edition #80 of Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof series. It was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026.
After maturing in oak casks, it was finished in Oloroso sherry butts, which add dark chocolate, espresso and concentrated fruit to the robust, slightly rustic Ben Nevis character. It is bottled at 57.1%, in natural colour and without chill-filtration.
