Ben Nevis – 11 Year Old 2014 2nd Fill Port Pipe Cask No. 233 Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection

This Ben Nevis was distilled in December 2014 and matured for eleven years in a second-fill port pipe, cask number 233. It was bottled in April 2026 as a single cask release of 655 bottles, part of the Cask Strength Collection from Signatory Vintage. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. It comes in a black tube with orange accents. The nose shows mineral notes, dark red fruit and dried berries, with a little spice. The palate balances bitter and sweet, with chocolate, roasted nuts and ripe berries. The finish is long and dry and spicy, with cocoa and wood.
