This is an 11 year old Ben Nevis from the Highlands, bottled by Signatory Vintage on 28 April 2026 at 46% as the Tartan Army edition, which is dedicated to supporters of the Scottish national football team.
It matured in Oloroso sherry butts, which give it a pronounced sherry side. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
Dark berries and raisins meet cocoa, orange peel and leather on the nose. The palate brings fruit cake, dark sugar syrup and roasted nuts alongside warm sherry sweetness, tobacco and a touch of black pepper. The finish is long and warming, with dried fruit, oak spice and gentle earthy notes.
