An 18 year old Highland single malt from Ben Nevis, distilled on 20 December 2005 and aged in a single cask. It finished in a Pedro Ximenez barrique, which added depth and Christmas spice. Ben Nevis stands at the foot of Scotland's highest mountain and has been producing since 1825. This bottling was made by Cane and Grain for its Private Reserve Collection, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
