This Ben Nevis is a single cask Highland single malt, distilled on 14 October 1998 and matured for 22 years in a refill butt. Signatory Vintage bottled it on 11 March 2021 at a cask strength of 57.4% ABV, filling 490 bottles of 70cl.
The nose combines malt, herbs, a little wax, lemon and oak. The palate is creamy, with pastry, jam and ripe fruit. The finish is long, with fruit and floral notes.
