A single cask Highland malt from Ben Nevis, distilled on 28 November 2002 and bottled by Signatory Vintage on 1 October 2024 at a cask strength of 56.1% ABV.
It matured for 21 years in a first fill sherry butt, and 560 bottles were filled, each in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings malt, herbs, chocolate, honey and oak. The palate is creamy, with chocolate, jam and ripe raisins, and the long finish carries raisins and wood smoke.
