This is an 11-year-old single cask Ben Nevis from the Highlands, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 by James Eadie at a cask strength of 58.1%. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The distillery marked its 200th anniversary in the year of bottling.
For the last 22 months the whisky matured in a refill European oak Malaga hogshead. The cask produced 310 bottles of 70cl.
The nose offers dark honey and raisins with grape must and spicy oak. The palate has a robust malt body with toffee, cocoa and dried fruit, and a winey sweetness. The finish is very long and warming, with dark fruit, spice and dry oak.
