This seven-year-old Ben Nevis was distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage. It is a heavily peated single malt matured in second fill Oloroso sherry butts, bottled at 57.1%, unfiltered and without added colour.
The nose opens with sweet peat smoke over honey and a hint of dark chocolate. The palate is powerful, salty and peppery, with orange peel and dried apricots. The finish is medium in length and spicy, with oak and a touch of orange marmalade.
