This is a Ben Nevis single malt, distilled in 2015, matured in a sherry butt and bottled in 2022 by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers for their Strictly Limited series.
It is one of 1840 bottles, each a 70cl bottle at 47.5% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added colour.
The distiller's notes describe a stack of American pancakes with richly smoked bacon, all smothered in maple syrup.
