This is an 8-year-old Highland single malt from Ben Nevis, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2022 by Signatory Vintage as Small Batch Edition #11. The edition was put together for the German market and is bottled at 48.1%, without chill-filtration and in its natural amber colour.
It was matured in a vatting of two refill hogsheads and two sherry butts, which joins the distillery character with sherry influence.
The notes run to jam, dark fruit, fine spice and dried fruit.
