Ben Nevis Coire Leis is a Highland single malt bottled by the distillery at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
Its inspiration is the clear spring water gathered high on Ben Nevis, at 1,345 metres above sea level. The whisky was matured in first-fill bourbon casks.
The nose offers fresh pear and apricot with sweet almond and a little vanilla. The palate is creamy and oily, with caramel, oak spice and a touch of toffee. The finish is medium in length and warming, with lingering oak spice and light fruit sweetness.
