Coire Leis is a Ben Nevis single malt from the Highlands, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a combination of bourbon casks and virgin oak casks.
The virgin oak adds a gentle spiciness and depth to the whisky.
The nose is sweet, with vanilla, caramel and honey. On the palate the vanilla and caramel continue, joined by ripe apples and pears and the spice of the oak.
