Benchmark Old No. 8 is a Kentucky straight bourbon made at the Buffalo Trace Distillery and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It is aged in new charred American oak barrels.
On the palate it shows caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, with hints of dried fruit, leather and a little spice, followed by a mellow finish.
