Benjamin Chapman 4 Year Corn Whiskey is a small-batch American whiskey made in the United States from a mash of 80% corn, 11% rye and 9% malt. Kentucky limestone water is used in distillation, which starts in a column still and continues in a continuous pot still acting as a doubler.
It was aged for four years in barrels that had previously held bourbon for two years.
On the palate it is delicate and soft at first, then velvety, with tropical notes and baked upside-down pineapple cake.
