Benjamin Chapman 7 Year Old is a small-batch Canadian whisky bottled at 45% ABV. It is made from two parts: 51% Canadian rye whisky aged 10 years and 49% Canadian Prairie wheat whisky aged 7 years. The rye is pot distilled using glacial water from the northern Rockies and matured in white oak casks. The wheat whisky is triple-column distilled and matured in American oak whiskey barrels. The nose offers cinnamon, vanilla, caramel apple, dark chocolate and maple syrup. The palate is smooth and silky, with rye spice, white chocolate and creme brulee, and the finish is warming, with a burst of spice and lingering toasted oak.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
