Benriach The Original Ten is a 10 year old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose shows toasted oak, malt and chocolate, with apple and pear. On the palate sweetness and spice lead, with honey, vanilla and toffee, cinnamon and ginger, and a light citrus fruitiness.
The finish is long and spicy, with oak and malt, and leaves a dry, faintly smoky impression.
