BenRiach Sherry Wood is a 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky matured using three elements of sherry cask maturation: full sherry cask maturation, followed by finishing in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.
The aim is layers of fruit sweetness and toasted oak spice, with the different casks blended together by the Master Blender. It continues the sweet, fruit-laden style that BenRiach is known for.
