This is a 16 year old Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It was matured in American bourbon casks and then finished in Sauternes casks from the Bordeaux region of France.
The colour is a rich antique gold. The nose has apricot jam and warm oak, with fresh grapes and soft honeydew melon. On the palate come plums and nectarines, balanced by a hint of toasted oak and grape pips, followed by a delicate background of ground almonds and butterscotch.
