This is a single cask Speyside malt from BenRiach, distilled in 2005 and matured for 14 years in a Sauternes hogshead. 284 bottles were released in 2019 at a natural cask strength of 54%, in 70cl bottles.
The whisky is hazelnut in colour. The nose offers plum syrup, lemon curd, sweet almonds and raisin brioche, and the palate brings stewed apricots and toasted coconut with lemon and honey.
