This is a 21 year old Speyside single malt from BenRiach, bottled at 46% ABV. Master Blender Rachel Barrie combined whisky from four cask types: bourbon, virgin oak, Pedro Ximenez sherry and red wine. It won a silver medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2017.
The colour is a golden one. The nose is of summer fruit salad with ginger, and the palate brings vanilla, cinnamon, red fruits and citrus peel. The finish is sweet, long and lingering, with honey, malted barley and icing sugar.
