BenRiach 35 Year Old is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle at 42.5% ABV. It was matured in a selection of bourbon and sherry casks, and spent three and a half decades in the cool, stable climate of Speyside.
The nose offers honeycomb, old oak, dried figs, cocoa, candied citrus and roasted nuts, with a touch of leather. The palate is velvety, with dark chocolate, orange marmalade, toffee, dried apricot, spiced plum and hints of soft smoke. The finish is long and warm, with honeyed fruit, chocolate, oak spice and a gentle earthiness.
