BenRiach – Malting Season Second Edition (70cl, 48.9%)

Malting Season is a small-batch series of single malt Scotch whiskies from the Speyside distillery BenRiach, built around its historic floor maltings. This is the second edition, bottled at 48.9% in a 70cl bottle. Master Blender Rachel Barrie selected Concerto barley, malted in the autumn of 2013, for this release. Each new edition uses carefully chosen barley types and its own bottling strength, so every annual release stands apart from the others.
