Benriach The Twenty Five is a 25-year-old Speyside single malt. It was matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry, virgin oak and Madeira casks, and has a deep amber colour.
The nose is a mild smoke with apricot, dark cherries, chocolate and hazelnuts. On the palate come baked fruits, toasted oak, spice, orange and cinnamon. The finish stays spicy, with a caramelised, gently smoky note.
