This is a 15 year old Benrinnes from Speyside, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025 by Elixir Distillers. It matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead and is bottled at 55.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose offers sweet dates, dark cherries and warm spices. On the palate come raisin syrup, ripe citrus and fine oak, with a soft, velvety, full texture. The finish is long and spicy, with a pleasant sweetness.
